Reedfayre reunions shall take place at Reed College in Portland this coming June 4-8, 2014, including another “reunions paideia.” Reunions Paideia is an opportunity for alumni and other friends of the college to supplement other activities such as alumni college, with short and interesting sessions on topics of interest. The tentative timeline for folks to make suggestions, requests and proposals is as follows.

  1. Request a session at http://request.reedpaideia.net before 15 March
  2. Propose a session at http://form.reedpaideia.net before 30 March
  3. Folks who have made proposals shall receive a tentative schedule around 15 April
  4. Tentative schedule shall be posted at ReedPaideia.net by 1 May
  5. Pregistrations shall begin at http://register.reedpaideia.net after the schedule is up
  6. Preregistration closes on 2 June 2014
  7. Festivities begin as Reedfayre begins, mid-day Wednesday 4 June 2014

With limited rooms and no more than four time slots per day, space is limited, but we hope to offer a variety of interesting and varied sessions.

Reunions Paideia Committee

If you would like to be part of helping to organize, solicit, plan and execute Reunions Paideia 2014, please contact Rory Bowman ’90. Rory has been given a one-year appointment to the national alumni board, with a charge to help advance and solidify this program. It would be great to assemble a team toward this for better Paideia offerings for 2014 and beyond.
